All images taken are the property of the assigned Photographer.  The photographer will assign full usage and print rights to The Client for personal use.

Display

The photographer can display any photograph taken to generally promote their business in the form of marketing materials, social media, websites, blogs and any other channels.

Attendance

In the unlikely event of the assigned photographer being unable to attend your wedding due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to appoint another photographer to attend your wedding on our behalf.

Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of total photographic failure or in any other circumstance, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the wedding photography contract.

Cancellation

The Client may cancel their wedding contract at any time by giving written notice but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid.

Travel

No travel expenses will be charge up to 45 kilometres outside of Murray Bridge, South Australia.  $0.80 per Kilometre will be charged thereafter.

Deposit

The deposit (amount is determined by the type of wedding package) secures the date, time and services of photographer for the wedding and is non-refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation.  Weddings that are postponed to a later date will retain the fee as long as the photographer can re-schedule for the new date and time.

Payment

Following payment of deposit to secure the booking, the total balance is due 1 month prior to the wedding date.

Complaints

Any complain must be received in writing within seven days of receipt of products purchased.  This includes photographs, USB, albums and any other special services that have been agreed.

Time Frames

Time frames are determined by the wedding package and range from seven to nineteen days.

Privacy

We may store your data on a private internal database.  This data will not be made available to outside companies or individuals.
